Practical Workshop with Jan Schwochow

An exclusive, intensive one-day workshop for anyone who wants to communicate complex content visually, clearly and effectively – from infographics and data visualization to scrollytelling.

What is it about?

Visual storytelling combines research, analysis, design, and dramaturgy. In this workshop, participants learn how to develop compelling visual stories from data and information – for print and digital formats.

The focus is on practical work, individual coaching, and collaboratively developing concrete story ideas.

Who is the workshop suitable for?

The workshop is aimed at anyone who visually communicates technical topics and complex content – for example, from editorial, design, communications, or corporate communications departments.

The workshop is also suitable for freelance photographers, illustrators, and creatives who want to expand their profile in visual storytelling and learn how to effectively integrate AI into their workflow.

If you are a team of four from a company, you can register together directly or arrange an individual date with me – also at your location (plus travel and any other costs).

• Conducted with a minimum of 2 participants
• Duration: 1 day including lunch

• Participation fee: €600 plus 19% VAT

• Participants will also receive a giveaway at the end of the day
• In case of cancellation, complete refund up to 21 days before the date: free of charge.
• 20–8 days before the date: 50% of the participation fee
• From 7 days before the date or no-show: 100%
• Should the organizer cancel the workshop for special reasons (not reaching the minimum number of participants, illness of the lecturer, or force majeure), you will receive a full refund of the participation fee already paid.

• Rebooking to a later date is possible up to 21 days before the date, if there are still places available.

None. Sketch paper and drawing pens will be provided.
You may bring your own laptop. Wi-Fi is available.
